Raw material PK of random knitted fabric
The willow shoots are green and small eyebrows are like seals, and it is still undecided whether it is warm or cold. This is a season when you can wear clothes indiscriminately, but the editor of Sigma Chemical Fiber would like to remind my dear friends to pay attention to your body and be careful of colds when it is warm and cold. Sharing with you this week is the raw material battle behind one of the hottest fabrics - Stretch Hemp (knit).
The hemp style has long been known in the market. At first, it was mainly woven. After the boom in knitted fabrics, "elastic hemp", as an indispensable style of knitted fabrics, occupied a large share of the knitting market. In terms of raw materials, the earliest application is: false twisted yarn + low elastic yarn (DTY) + spandex. Both DTY and spandex are conventional raw materials, and false twisted silk is the key. The false twisted silk in the mainland was first produced by the "three-in-one" wrinkle texturing machine imported by the Italian RPR company in the 1990s, and later domestic models were mostly used as prototypes. When this fabric began to rush, the supply of false-twist yarn was in short supply. Even if more and more textile machinery factories produced a large number of false-twist machines, they still could not make up for the vacant production capacity. Many weaving and dyeing problems in the use of false twisted silk have made many textile mills discouraged. Until around 2014, some chemical fiber companies in Jiangsu and our Sigma Chemical Fibers developed products that can replace false twisted silk at almost the same time - filament false twisted silk and Kling silk, using completely different raw materials to make the same fabric on the fabric. Messy effect.

The above comparison is the survey results of the Sigma Chemical Fiber team after visiting customers many times, and is for reference only.
Long-filament false-twisted silk and Klin silk are often called "false-twisted" by textile friends. Although they are essentially different from false-twisted silk, they only have a similar messy style on the cloth, but the influence of preconceived ideas , many customers use the style of false twisted silk as the standard. In fact, there is no good or bad between raw materials, only the difference in performance. In the future, the sackcloth market will be more subdivided and personalized, and different raw materials will be selected according to the different needs of customers.
In summary, Collins:
The weaving efficiency is high, the hemp style is remarkable, and the price is affordable.
